Polyurea is a two-component coating sprayed directly onto the substrate, forming a seamless, continuous layer with no weak points. Unlike adhesive membranes that can peel or open at the seams, polyurea becomes one with the concrete. Its lifespan is 3–5 times longer, and its resistance to water, chemicals, and UV radiation is significantly higher.
Polyurea sets within seconds. You can walk on the surface within 30–60 minutes, and full use — including filling a reservoir with water — is typically possible within 24 hours. This is one of its key advantages over other sealants that require days of curing.
