One of the strongest, most watertight, and most flexible continuous layers in existence — rewriting the rules of industrial sealing and protection.
Polyurea is a family of two-component polymers produced by the reaction between an isocyanate and an amine resin. The result is a coating that sets within seconds, forming an elastic, exceptionally strong, watertight, chemical-resistant layer that performs at temperature extremes from −40°C to +120°C.
Unlike traditional waterproofing based on glued membranes or epoxy paints that take days to cure, polyurea is sprayed onto the substrate using purpose-built equipment under controlled pressure and heat — creating a continuous, seamless layer with no weak points. That’s why it has become the standard in the world’s most advanced waterproofing industry.
The applications are nearly unlimited. In Israel we mainly apply polyurea for:
Above-ground parking decks face exceptional load: heavy vehicles, sun and rain exposure, oil and fuel leaks, extreme temperature swings, and many concrete joints. Without a proper sealing system, water penetrates within a few years and damages the steel reinforcement below. Repair then costs 10× the original waterproofing.
Our parking polyurea is a multi-layer system: an epoxy primer that penetrates the concrete, a flexible polyurea layer that bridges cracks, and a UV-stable top coat resistant to wear. The result: a parking floor that looks professional, extends the building’s life by 25 years, and eliminates leaks to the floor below.
A different application, same principle: one continuous layer that protects steel from abrasion, rust, and stone impact. Our coating for off-road vehicles, truck platforms, cargo beds, and field trailers holds up under the toughest conditions — sand, rocks, saltwater, pesticides, and repeated loading of building materials.
The coating is thin enough not to add meaningful weight, yet durable enough to last decades. Available in different colors, smooth or textured finishes, and adjustable thickness as needed.
