Privacy Policy

An explanation of the information we collect, how it is stored, and how you can access, correct, or request its deletion.

Welcome to the website of Anaf Coatings & Engineering Works Ltd. (hereinafter: “the Company” or “the Site Operator”).

This Privacy Policy details the manner in which information collected on the site anaf-coating.com (hereinafter: “the Site”) is gathered, used, retained, and protected. Use of the site and/or completion of forms on it constitutes consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

The data collected is retained in a registered and secured information database managed by the Company, subject to the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: “the Law”).

2. Types of Information Collected and Purposes of Collection

A. Information Provided Voluntarily

This information is collected upon completion of the “Contact” form or a newsletter/updates registration form:

  • Source: Contact form. Information collected: Full name, phone, email, content of inquiry. Purpose: Responding to business inquiries, proactive contact by the Company, managing a lead database for future outreach.
  • Source: Newsletter / updates form. Information collected: Company / contact name, phone, email. Purpose: Direct mailing and marketing (professional content, updates on projects and services).

B. Information Collected Automatically (Statistical)

This information is collected automatically during browsing and does not identify the user personally, unless the user has connected to social networks or previously shared information:

  • IP address, device type (desktop/mobile), browser type, browsing times, pages viewed.

Purpose of automatic collection: Improving the user experience, improving site operation and security, and conducting statistical analysis for internal marketing purposes.

3. Use of Tracking Technologies (Cookies)

The site uses “Cookies” technology and similar tracking tools (such as social network pixels).

  • Purpose of use: Improving the user experience, collecting statistical data, content and advertising adaptation (Retargeting) for users who have visited the site, and system security.
  • Main tracking tools: The site uses (among others) analytics and advertising tools of Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and of Meta / Facebook (Meta / Facebook Pixel).
  • Cookie control: Most browsers allow control over cookies. These files can be deleted or blocked through browser settings, but please note that doing so may impair full and proper functioning of the site.

4. Transfer of Information to Third Parties

The Company will not transfer personally identifying information to third parties (except for companies related to the Company or acting on its behalf) other than in the following cases:

  • Service providers: Transfer of information necessary to external service providers for site operation (such as: hosting services, electronic mailing systems, data analysis services, accessibility services). These providers are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information.
  • Legal obligation: If the Company is required to do so under law, court order, or by request of a competent authority.
  • User consent: If the user has given explicit consent to the transfer of information.

5. Confidentiality and User Rights (Privacy Protection Law)

A. Information Security

The Company employs reasonable and accepted information security measures to protect personal information collected on the site against unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure. However, complete prevention of intrusions or malfunctions is not possible.

B. User Rights to Access and Correction

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, any person is entitled to inspect personal information stored about them in the Company’s information database.

  • Access request: A user wishing to inspect the information stored about them shall submit a written request via the contact details listed in Section 1.
  • Correction / deletion request: If the user finds that the information stored about them is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, they are entitled to request its correction or deletion.

C. Unsubscribe from Direct Mailing

A user who has registered for the mailing list is entitled to revoke their consent at any time. Unsubscribing will be possible via the “Unsubscribe” link appearing at the bottom of every marketing email, or by proactively contacting the site operator.

6. Updates and Changes to the Policy

The Company reserves the right to update and change the Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The binding version is the one appearing on the site. It is recommended to review this policy periodically.
