Up to 2,500 bar of pure water. Removes old coatings, rust, and contamination — no chemicals, no dust, no environmental impact.
UHP — Ultra-High Pressure — is an advanced cleaning technology that uses water alone, at pressures up to 2,500 bar (~36,000 psi), to remove any contamination from a surface: rust, old coatings, oils, scale, concrete splatter, graffiti coatings, and any other stubborn dirt.
It’s the most environmentally friendly industrial cleaning method in the world: no chemicals, no dust, no pollutants. The method complies with the strictest environmental standards, and in many cases it’s the only viable option — for example in the food industry, hospitals, nuclear facilities, or clean labs.
Sandblasting is excellent technology — we offer that too — but it’s problematic in several scenarios: it creates a lot of dust, requires wrapping the entire surrounding area, leaves small sand grains on the surface that have to be removed, and doesn’t always suit clean or sensitive environments. With UHP there’s no dust, no residue, and we can work on an active site.
